HB Risk Management will review and evaluate current policies and procedures, providing a comprehensive examination of such for all the organizational units of your enterprise and determine whether audit procedures are in place to test compliance. Conversations with stakeholders and the employees tasked with following these policies and procedures is key. If a policy or procedure is confusing or incomprehensible, it will not be followed.
