Angela E.L. Barnes is an attorney and risk management professional with over 20 years' experience with corporate and not-for-profit entities.

Angela has extensive experience advising corporations in highly regulated industries including insurance, technology, construction, engineering, and real estate.

Angela has assisted numerous charitable and philanthropic entities define and manage their risk profiles and strategies, and has been actively involved on the boards of various charitable organizations throughout Chicago for over 25 years.

Angela was awarded her Juris Doctor from Columbia University and Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College. Angela is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
